Everyone has the right to live in a warm, secure and decent home.

Yet too many people are still living in a home with damp and mould, which may be putting their health at risk.

The Healthier Homes Project is an innovative pilot initiative designed to tackle health inequalities and improve health outcomes associated with damp and mould in the Private Rented Sector (PRS). Funded by the Northwest London Integrated Care System and delivered by the West London Alliance, this project is dedicated to creating healthier living environments for tenants in our community.

Our mission is to address the pressing issue of damp and mould, which significantly impacts the health and well-being of residents in the private rented sector. We recognise that poor housing conditions can lead to a range of health problems, including respiratory issues, allergies, and mental health challenges. By targeting these environmental factors, we aim to reduce health disparities and promote better living standards for all.
