The BME Health Forum is a well-established partnership of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community organisations. Key mission is to reduce health inequalities experienced by BAME communities across London. The board is supported by an advisory group which includes representatives from West London CCG, Kensington & Chelsea Social Council, One Westminster and SOBUS.
